    Hallo an alle Fitnessbegeisterten,
    Wir sind eine Gruppe von Trainern und wollen Motivation, Bereitschaft und vor allem Freude am Sport vermitteln.
    Deshalb starten wir ein Projekt, in dem wir völlig gratis für alle verschiedene Übungen vorstellen werden.
    Dazu werden wir nach und nach einige Videos und Fotos online stellen und dazu ein paar Erklärungen zu den einzelnen Übungen bereitstellen.
